“In July, 2014, my daughter was attending a video design camp in the Boston area.  We live in Los Angeles and she had two large pieces of baggage she needed to check. My daughter is under age and does not have a credit or debit card. In the past, I’ve been able to check her into her flights and pay for baggage online. I was on the phone with the airline trying to figure out how to pay for baggage online, but was unsuccessful. My daughter didn’t have enough cash to pay for baggage. I began a frantic search to figure out how to get her cash to pay for her baggage. After 2 hours I found Pavlina at Master the Time Concierge.
