Meet Pavlina

In 2013, after years of personal and professional experience, I started Master The Time with the desire to help people manage their stressful lives. This evolved into helping people streamline their daily processes, including one of the most stressful aspects of life, moving. 

As an immigrant myself, I know first hand what it takes to move across the world: what is essential to have with you; what to do before you even arrive; and what happens to the items that beat you to your destination. 

I love creating special moments for people. When you walk into your new home and see it all set up, organized with everything in its place, giving you that snuggly 'I'm home' feeling. When you know the place you live in has been handle with care, that is just magical for me. 

My love for time management and productivity came out of a necessity from my clients and a curiosity to do things better. All of my clients kept complaining about not having enough time in their schedules, resulting in being late to meetings (including the ones with me), experiencing stress and fear about their week with how and when to execute tasks in general. 

I started playing around with different methods, implementing different techniques and melding the holistic and practical worlds into one productivity practice. Before I knew it I was coaching my clients through their struggles of how to conquer their agendas by making sure they had the time they needed.

The moving process is disruptive to your daily life but it doesn’t have to be stressful. Once we have a plan, we can start on the execution part of it. You can be involved in that or not, your choice. We are the moving concierge and we'll take care of all the details!

  • Because of Pavlina and her team, we were able to arrive from abroad to an apartment with dishes, furniture, and freshly made beds to sleep in. Pavlina was very flexible, offering to do whatever we needed to prepare the apartment for us before our arrival.

  • Our family has worked with Pavlina for several years now and so we were very comfortable asking her to handle our move while we were overseas. Pavlina took care of everything, from arranging the movers through to the unpacking at the new apartment. She took delivery of new furniture, selected a cleaner, arranged for the forwarding of mail, connected the internet, collected the keys for the new apartment and returned the keys for the old apartment.
