How we work and what to expect

The process

The process is very simple - Fill out the form and we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to discuss how we can best help you. It is up to you and your comfort level how involved you want us to be in the whole process. Some clients prefer to be completely hands-off and others want us to manage the actual move on the day-of. Either way, we will discuss it, devise a plan of action, do some prep work if needed, and get you movin’.

What to expect

Once we have our plan of action, we get to work on the to-do list we’ve created. That may include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Hire movers, discuss who is packing your items

  • Pull moving permits, if applicable

  • Declutter, if needed, before the move, then pack

  • Arrange for cleaning service after you vacate and before you move in

  • Coordinate and supervise on the day-of the move

  • Transfer or set up utilities, subscriptions, services, etc.

  • Unpack and set up your new home

  • Coordinate for new furniture deliveries

What is the benefit of using your service?

The simplest answer is Stress- Free moving! We take care of the details so you don’t have to worry about them. It’s a turn-key service - you literally just walk through the front door and everything is already setup for you.

How soon should I contact you?

As soon as you’ve decided that you will be moving. We usually have our projects scheduled out, so we know what’s coming our way. However, sometimes we can fit in last-minute requests.

Can you coordinate the furniture deliveries and other services needed?

Yes! In our initial conversation, we will discuss everything that is going to happen during the relocation process.

Who is your ideal client?

We LOVE working with people relocating to the Boston area! The whole process of setting up everything before the client’s arrival is something we look forward to.

What is the cost of this service?

Depending on the size of the project: is it an apartment, a 2-,3-,4+ bedroom house, or an office? Sometimes we can give a quote for the whole project and sometimes it is hourly based. Our hourly rate starts at $150/hr and goes up depending on the size of the team and the size of the project.
