Yes. We work best with clients who need ongoing oversight, complex coordination, or project-based support requiring professional management.
We begin with a 90-day minimum commitment, allowing for proper onboarding, system implementation, and proactive home oversight. Services renew every three months thereafter.Renovation and project-based engagements are structured for the full duration of the project.

Fractional Home & Estate Management service:
A retainer that is highly customizable*, and its cost depends on the client’s home size, goals, and desires. This option provides priority access to our staff.

A prepaid hours package starting at $600 /4 hrs.*Additional hours available to create a level of support tailored to your specific needs. Each package offers built-in flexibility. Hours may be carried forward and accumulated through the end of the calendar year, allowing you to use them when they are most valuable.
Unused hours reset each January as we begin a new annual service cycle.
Moving Concierge Services are hourly based, with initial investment of $1,200 for 8 hours*. After the starter package is used, services are billed hourly in 30-minute increments.
*Any additional costs, such as materials, vendor payments, etc., will be billed separately to the client.

Absolutely. We collaborate with existing vendors, household staff, real estate professionals, and advisors, or we can source trusted providers from our vetted New England network, and beyond.

Yes. We manage local moves throughout Boston and New England, long distance moves, and international relocations. Each project is approached with the same attention to detail and respect for the client’s experience.
The international moves are more complex than your usual move, so sometimes they require a bigger time commitment and advanced preparation.
Although the process is still the same. Based on your timeline, we create a plan and set it in motion.
As for the legal documentation you may need, it is part of the research to be done. Some clients handle it themselves, and some need help. These are the types of details we will discuss when creating the action plan.

Yes. We regularly support downsizing projects, senior moves, and transitional relocations, providing practical guidance, organization, and hands-on coordination with care and professionalism.
We help them decide what to take to their new location, how to let go of items responsibly, and support them during this transition by coordinating the move, unpacking, and setting up the new home. We also set up systems that will support them where they are.
