You can secure our services in two ways:
A Monthly Retainer: Our monthly retainer is thoughtfully tailored to the scope and complexity of your home or estate. Investment is determined by square footage, the level of leadership and oversight required, and the degree of operational involvement needed to meet your goals.
This structure provides priority access to our team, strategic oversight, and consistent execution - ensuring your home operates seamlessly and your life feels intentionally supported.
OR
Prepaid Hours: Packages begin at $600 for a four-hour minimum, with additional hours available to create a level of support tailored to your specific needs. Each package offers built-in flexibility. Hours may be carried forward and accumulated through the end of the calendar year, allowing you to use them when they are most valuable.
Unused hours reset each January as we begin a new annual service cycle.
