From there, we handle the planning, logistics, and coordination - keeping everything organized and moving smoothly. The result is a seamless, white-glove moving experience that feels fully supported from start to finish. After one move with us, you’ll have a trusted moving and relocation guide for life. 

What To Expect

Once we have our plan of action, we get to work on the to-do list we’ve created. That may include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Research, Compare Quotes and Hire Movers

  • Pull Moving Permits, if applicable

  • Declutter, if Needed, Before the Move and Coordinate Donations

  • Temporary Lodging Arrangements, If needed

  • Arrange for a Cleaning Service After You Vacate and Before You Move in

  • Storage Options

  • On-site Coordination on the Day of the Move

  • Transfer or Set Up utilities, Subscriptions, Services, etc.

  • Change Mailing Address

  • Unpack and Set Up Your New Home

  • Coordinate for New Furniture Deliveries

  • Stock the New Home with Supplies

Who is this service for?

We help busy individuals, families, and businesses manage the chaos of moving. Whether you're a single person upgrading your life, a busy family, an executive, a senior downsizing, a small business changing offices, or renovating your home, we've got you covered. We also specialize in helping foreign individuals settle seamlessly into the Boston area.

Why choose our service?

The benefit is simple: a completely stress-free move! We handle every detail, so you don’t have to. With our turn-key service, you can walk through the front door of your new home and find everything perfectly set up and ready for you.

How soon should I contact you?

As soon as you’ve decided that you will be moving. We usually have our projects scheduled out, so we know what’s coming our way. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests.

The international moves are more complex than your usual move, so sometimes they require a bigger time commitment and advanced preparation.

Can you coordinate the furniture deliveries and other services needed?

Yes! In our initial conversation, we will discuss everything that is going to happen during the relocation process. We often arrange for cleaners, painters, handyman, deliveries, etc.

What is the cost of this service?

To begin, we require an 8-hour prepaid starter package to help us thoughtfully plan, prepare, and manage the initial stages of your move. This foundational package ensures we have the time and flexibility needed to provide a high level of care and attention from the start.

After the starter package is used, services are billed hourly in 30-minute increments, offering transparency and flexibility as your needs evolve.
